Day 34: Creation and Stewardship
Scripture: Genesis 1-2
In the opening chapters of Genesis, we witness the majesty of Yahuah’s creation. From the formation of the heavens and the earth to the creation of man and woman, these passages showcase the power and creativity of Yahuah. Importantly, they also establish humanity's role as stewards of this wondrous creation.
Our family decides to spend a day in nature, marveling at the beauty of Yahuah's creation. We talk about how each plant, animal, and landscape is a testament to His creativity. This experience strengthens our resolve to be better caretakers of the environment, recognizing our role as stewards of Yahuah’s creation.
While gardening together, we discuss how each plant and insect plays a role in the ecosystem. This activity leads to a conversation about the interconnectivity of all living things and our responsibility to maintain the balance of nature as Yahuah intended.
Reflecting on Genesis 1-2, our family is inspired to consider how we can actively participate in the stewardship of Yahuah’s creation. This might involve making more environmentally conscious decisions, appreciating and preserving the natural world, and teaching others about the importance of caring for our planet.

Prayer:
Abba Yahuah, we thank You for the wondrous work of Your creation. Guide us to be mindful stewards of the earth, respecting and caring for all that You have made. Help us to see the beauty in Your creation every day and to teach others the importance of preserving it. In Yahusha’s name, we pray, Amen.
